Starting blog with a blank background … akin to my observation whilst parking the first car in an empty car-park early in the morning …  once there is a first visible car in the car-park, other cars majority of the times park around the first car !!

A leader has to set a target for others to follow … a leader shows the path to often rudderless followers … followers drive issues but oblivious of destination ..followers travel but unsure of the destination.

I suppose a true leader is one who set a goal-post around which followers settle thus achieving a conclusion !
